Chloe has over 20 years of experience working with Pre-K to grade 12 students in various settings as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and alternative education program instructor. After growing weary of professional development trainings and their relevance to effect real change, it was the Cognitive Coaching training she received that finally ignited the light that lit her path. She begin researching meta-learning and soon discovered that neuroscience was the missing puzzle piece in order to help students develop future-ready skills: Agency, Adaptability, and Accountability. Traditional support systems found in our schools are often designed as a 5-7 year plan. She understood that the time frame needed to be expedited to 6 months or less in order for young people to be successful in the AI landscape. She revolutionized the concept of life coaching to develop a cost effective yet transformative methodology that puts any student anywhere in control of their future, whether they are struggling or accelerating beyond the support from teachers. The course isn't the same old jargon about how to be a better student but instead empowers the learner to take ACTION by optimizing every choice they make in life. With targeted coaching sessions and progress monitoring check-ins, the entire experience is customizable to meet ALL individual needs.
